Our weekly meetings are off to a great start. We've been discussing ways to get students involved and ways to register new voters. We're also planning a Rock the Vote concert on Friday, Oct. 3. We're always up for suggestions and we love to meet new people, so stop by and chat!

The Jasper County Democrats meet on the 2nd Monday of the month at the Laborers Union on 20th and Empire. This is the official county committee. They are wanting to increase the Democratic Party's profile around town and would appreciate the input of fresh ideas.

The Hillary Clinton Womens Club has changed the name to the Southwest Missouri Democratic Womens Club. The meetings are on the 3rd Thursday of the month at the Laborers Union on 20th and Empire. This is a covered dish format where there is always plenty of food...actual HOMECOOKED food...mmmmm.
